You are to visit AKSU main campus in Ikot Akpaden, Mkpat Enin L.G.A and submit the underlisted documents as required by the school:

AKSU Direct Entry Screening Form Exercise 2017/2018 – Screening Materials

(i) Jamb Direct Entry Registration slip showing candidates passport.

(ii) O’Level result [of not more than two sittings

(iii) Certificate of National Diploma from previously attended Institution.

(iv) Transcript of academic results from previously attended Institution.

(v) Birth certificate (or Affidavit equivalent).

(vi) Certificate of origin.

These documents should be submitted to:
